How fast is your turnaround?

We generally process orders within 1-4 business days, but larger orders may require additional days. Once the shirts are complete, we will email or text you for pickup details. For orders over $150 we can ship them for free if preferred.

How do I purchase the shirts?

Email us at phillycustomtee@gmail.com or use our contact form to request a quote and a mockup. We will forward an invoice for you to checkout with. Once payment is received, we will start printing. Within 1-4 business days we will let you know the shirts are ready for pickup in Glenside PA. We offer free 2-day shipping for all orders over $150.

Where are you located?

We are located in Glenside PA close to the Glenside train station. All orders are available for pickup in Glenside. We also offer free 2-day shipping via UPS for orders over $150.

Do you offer discounts for purchasing more shirts?

Yes, the more shirts purchased, the larger the discount. Please use our contact form or email us at phillycustomtee@gmail.com for a complete quote and timeframe.

How do I submit my design for you to print?

Accepted Answer

You can email your image to phillycustomtee@gmail.com. Please ensure the image is of high quality that it can be enlarged to fit a shirt without getting blurry. We accept Jpeg, AI, PSD, SVG, PNG.

I have a design in mind, but I don't have an actual design for you to print.

Accepted Answer

That's okay! Just message us with a screenshot of an image you like or a sketch and we can create a design for you and forward it to you for review. This service is free for orders of 50+ shirts and is $50 for orders below 50 shirts.

Can you do a rush order?

Yes, please message us with the quantity and we will respond within 1-2 hours to let you know if we can accommodate that.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Accepted Answer

Since all items are made to order and customized just for you, we would not be able to accept returns, but do message us if there are any issues with your order.

Do you have ready-made designs for various events that I can alter with my text?

Accepted Answer

Yes, just email us at phillycustomtee@gmail.com with the type of event and the text you'd like. Also attach any screenshots of the vibe you like and we can match it.

Do you print Disney designs for family trips?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we have access to every Disney design for family vacations. Please send us a screenshot of the one you are interested in when emailing us with the order at phillycustomtee@gmail.com.

My child has sensory processing issues what brand would you recommend?

Accepted Answer

We would recommend the Bella Canvas or Next Level brand as they are the softest, they also feature a tear-away tag.
